Dulce Azul and Dulce Oro are crafted using single-origin, estate-grown organic agave and manufactured using a safe thermal production process. The results are a consistent, superior-tasting premium agave nectar with fewer calories and carbs per serving than conventional sugars as well as none of the chemical aftertaste of artificial sweeteners.
Our extra raw dark and light blue agave starts with propagation of the Agave Tequilana Weber var. Azul species agave plant. It takes 8-14 years for one agave plant to mature before harvesting to create this special organic nectar.
Not all agave nectar/syrups being sold are equal. You will never see added sugars, such as high fructose corn syrup, or artificial colors/flavors in any of our agave products.
