If you are unsatisfied with our product within 15 days of receiving it, please send an email to: info@sonoranfoodsco.com and put "Refund" in the subject line.
Please explain to us the reason for your return. If the package was damaged upon receipt, please take photos and do not accept delivery.
We will verify details of the transaction and once verified, a refund will be provided via the same payment method.
We expect refunds to be processed within 7-10 business days, if not sooner.
